HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders received are typically processed within two to three days  business days.  Personalized jewelry ship in approximately 15 to 20 business days.  Standard shipping is by Ground Advantage USPS.  Expedited shipping is via Priority Mail USPS or UPS whichever at the time the order is processed estimates the best delivery time.

WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?

Jada Simone Jewels signature handmade jewelry is made of semi-precious gemstones.  Other costume jewelry that we offer is carefully selected to ensure quality merchandise at a valuable price. We specify what each item is made of in the description.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR JEWELRY FROM JADA SIMONE JEWELS?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend giving your pieces occasional breaks and storing them neatly when not in use.

Stainless Steel Jewelry
Our stainless steel pieces are designed to be highly resistant to tarnishing and durable for everyday wear. Over time, exposure to lotions, oils, and soap can cause a light buildup or dulling.

To restore shine:

• Clean with mild soap and warm water

• Gently wipe with a soft cloth

• Dry completely before storing

Other Jewelry (Non-Stainless Steel)
For other materials, avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics such as lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Do not wear these pieces in the shower, pool, or ocean.

For all jewelry, we recommend storing pieces in the jewelry bags or boxes they come in when not in use.
