Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return.
Unworn merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date for a full refund to your original form of payment, unless marked as clearance or final sale or otherwise noted (see below for more details). Merchandise must be returned unused in the original packaging.
You can start a return by logging into your account here or you can contact us at info@jadasimonejewels.com indicating the reason of your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom and clearance items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for any item that is not clearance or final sale. Please contact us at info@jadasimonejewels.com to initiate an exchange. Please let us know the item you are returning and which item you would like to exchange it for. Please note you must pay for any difference in price before the item being exchanged is shipped. We will refund a difference in price if the item you are requesting for exchange is less than the one you are returning. Only one exchange/refund is accepted per order - meaning any returns or exchanges must be done at one time - unless you pay to ship back the item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
