Shipping Policy 

We offer free shipping on all US orders $50 via USPS Ground Advantage Mail.  Orders below $50 will be charged a fee for shipping and handling. 

We process and ship orders from our Brooklyn, New York location within 1 to 5 business days.  Standard (and free) shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage.  Orders with expedited shipping are prioritized and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground which ever at the time of shipping will be faster.  When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam or promotional folder if you did not receive this email. If you have a Jada Simone Jewels account, you can track your order by clicking "Account" and then "My Orders".

When you place your order, you may choose to have your order insured with signature required at delivery.  We are not responsible for orders that are uninsured and that do not require signature for delivery once USPS tracking indicates that the order was delivered to the address on file at the time the order was placed.  If your order is marked as delivered by USPS and you have not received it, please contact your local post office.  

Please note, pre-sale, handmade and custom items will ship after their stated production timelines which can be found on their respective product pages and in your order confirmation email.
